Feed The Sheep Ministries of Bremen, Ga., will host their Eight Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bremen Senior Citizens Center, 425 River Circle Bremen. All plates are free. All orders are to be picked up at the Bremen Senior Citizen Center. For delivery you must be elderly, sick or shut-in. We will deliver in Haralson County area only. Thanksgiving Dinner Served
Broken Rose Ministries and Calvary Baptist Church located at 312 Atlantic Ave. Bremen, Ga., will serve Thanksgiving Dinner to families that otherwise would not be able to receive the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner. Space is limited so we must pre-register those attending. To reserve our seat please call Howard at 678-925-0903 or Jenny at 770-826-1759. You must pre-register by Monday, Nov. 16. The Calvary Heirs will give a short Concert at 11 a.m. and Brother Dewey Digsby will give a short message. We will begin serving dinner at noon.
Benefit singing
There will be a benefit singing for Raenell Hulsey (stroke victim) and Michael Allen (cancer victim), on Nov. 7 at 6 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 1530 Jacksonville Rd., Tallapoosa. Singing will be by The Greesons. If you cannot attend, you may send donations to 1530 Jacksonville Road, Tallapoosa, GA 30176.
CUMBA

Angel Food Ministry
Temple United Methodist Church is a host site for the Angel Food Ministries. Boxes may be ordered Saturday, Nov. 7 from 11-1; and Monday, Nov. 9 from 3-6:30 p.m. for delivery on Saturday, Nov. 14. The church is located on Highway 113 (Carrollton Street) in Temple. The November box is $30 with check, cash or EBT accepted. There is also a senior meal box that can be purchased. The box contains the following: rib-eye steaks, pork chops, chicken skillet meal, lasagna, breaded fish patties, ground beef, chicken breast fillets, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, hash browns, cereal, onions, milk, eggs, and dessert.

GriefShare seminar
Midway Church, Carrollton/Villa Rica Highway, will host two GriefShare seminars on Nov. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. sponsored by Almon Funeral Home and Chapel in Carrollton and Dec. 7 from 2 to 4 p.m., sponsored by Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica. The seminars feature practical suggestions and reassurance through video interviews with counselors, grief experts and others who have experienced the holidays after their loved one’s death. Those who attend will receive a free book with over 30 daily readings providing additional insights and ideas on holiday survival. Fullerville Baptist Church, Villa Rica, will present the Diplomats Pre-Thanksgiving Concert on Nov. 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. each night. Singing on Nov. 19 will be the Primitives, the Dixie Echoes and Richie Watkins. On Nov. 20, the Inspirations, the Servers and the Diplomats will be singing. Bethlehem United Methodist Church, at 1379 Waddell St., Bremen, will be having an indoor yard sale Saturday, Nov. 21, from 8 a.m. to noon. This is a fundraiser for the BUMC Youth.

Veterans program
Corinth Baptist Church will honor special people at its county-wide Veterans and Emergency Response Day Service on Nov. 8 at 11 a.m. If you are a veteran or currently serving in the military, or an employee in any of our county’s Emergency Response Teams, they invite you and your families to attend and participate.
