The Robert G. Hunter Memorial Chapter 935 of Vietnam Veterans of America participate Wednesday evening in the 12th annual Lighted Veterans Day Parade in downtown Douglasville. Nice weather and a good crowd greeted the parade, which organizers said was the largest ever, included local garden club members who led the parade carrying 47 roses to honor 47 residents who have died in wars.
