Mrs. Hildred H. Moore of Carrollton passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012. Mrs. Moore was born January 29, 1931, to the late Janette Jones Heath and Harvey Calvin Heath in Carrollton, Georgia.

She graduated from Carrollton High School in 1948 and West Georgia College in 1950 and the Atlanta Division of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration in 1952.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Clarence Moore, who died in 1988.

She is survived by her son, Steve, and daughter-in-law Sheila; daughter, Stephanie Moore Allyn, and son-in-law Tiger Allyn; grandchildren, Hunter, Spencer and Ansley; and two sisters, Shirley Grizzard and husband, Gene, and Marguerite Eidson; and brother, Rickey Heath and wife, Patricia.

Mrs. Moore served in many capacities at First Baptist Church through the years and was an active and faithful member.

Graveside services will be Friday, November 16, at 2 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Clem, Georgia, with Dr. Steve Davis officiating. The gravesite is surrounded by tall trees and blue sky along side of the railroad track.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Richard Fiore, Dr. Lloyd Southern, John Moore, Charlie Storey, Talmadge Ayers, Fred Walker and Tommy McLeod.
