In less than a week, radar will be working overtime to track Santa Claus as he makes his way across the globe. Children are counting the days until St. Nick arrives and fills their stockings with goodies. Luckily, Santa has some help this year from a Haralson County-based business.

The co-owners of “2 Marketing Moms” have been making what they call “Santa’s favorite drink,” HO HO Cocoa. Kersha Cartwright and Kelli Weaver are now sharing the beverage with west Georgia. The secret ingredients are mixed in Tallapoosa-based Custom Beverage Concepts and then repackaged at the 2 Marketing Moms “cocoa factory” in Bremen.

“We love the spirit of Christmas and wanted to make something locally that we could share with our own friends and families,” said Cartwright, who added, “Who doesn’t like really good cocoa?”

Cartwright and Weaver normally fill their days providing marketing support for local businesses, but during the Christmas season, they become Santa’s helpers, making Ho Ho Cocoa available to all girls and boys ... and adults.

“The unique and creamy blend of mild and dark chocolates contains a hint of Christmas magic that mixes perfectly with seven miniature marshmallows,” Cartwright said.

The Christmas concoction is available in 12 boutiques and stores across west Georgia and the Southeastern United States, including Glenda’s Notions in Buchanan, Allen’s Florist in Tallapoosa, Cuttin’ Up and Stylin’ in Bremen, The Nest in Carrollton, Results Body Spa in Carrollton, Swirls in Villa Rica as well as other stores. Santa’s favorite drink can also be found in 2 Marketing Moms office behind Walgreen’s in Bremen.

“We hope you will relax this holiday season with the perfect cup of Santa’s favorite hot chocolate,” said Weaver. “Time passes too quickly not to make special moments with your children and loved ones.”

“We have done quite a few gift baskets for corporate partners and local folks with locally made products besides Ho Ho Cocoa,” said Cartwright. “We make candies, candles and candies, as well as other products. We will have XOXO Cocoa after the holidays and then move on to lemonades and other drink mixes.”
