1st Sgt. Bryan Wheeler of the Georgia National Guard returned to his Carrollton home Thursday night following a year-long tour in Afghanistan. He was welcomed home with ribbons on his neighbors’ mailboxes. With Wheeler, a Greenway Medical Technologies employee, are his wife Rebecca and sons Kaleb, 11, Sean, 6, and Quint, 21.
