Students from around the globe move to the United Kingdom or enrol in UK distance learning programmes to earn UK standard education. This education makes them more attractive to prestigious employers than their local competitors. UK education entails a lot of essay writing which is indeed challenging. However, using all the tips you can get will enable you to write the UK essay and sustain your UK study.

Here are useful guidelines that will help you organise and write your UK essays with ease and speed.

1. Structure of Essay The use of the essay structure is to guide you in organising your ideas and thoughts and prevent you from wandering from the topic that wastes time. If you do not have a structure plan, you will be confused and will have a difficult time. A good essay structure is a five paragraph essay consisting of an introductory paragraph, three body paragraphs and a concluding paragraph.

2. Introductory Paragraph The introduction should give the main idea what the essay is about. You should inject an attention and interest grabbing sentence first. A good idea would be about something challenging or difficult. After this sentence, your thesis statement may follow. In the thesis statement you tell the readers what you want to explain. Make your thesis statement the last portion of your introductory paragraph. Next: Think of three ideas or experiences that each raises a point that will support your thesis statement. You will use this in the next step.

3. Body of the Essay The body of your essay need to have at least three paragraphs that will expound the three points you have prepared that will support your thesis statement. A paragraph each for your three supporting points is long enough to support fully your thesis and short enough to sustain interest from the reader.

4. Concluding Paragraph Having written the introduction and the three body paragraphs, you will have no difficulty in writing the conclusion. To start it, you simply restate the end portion of your introductory paragraph to begin your concluding paragraph. Follow it with your three points and end it with a concluding sentence that leaves a lasting impression on the readers especially your professor. Use this guide in writing your UK essay to avoid being confused and frustrated and achieve your desired grades whether they be, among others, a psychology essay, a business essay or a law essay.
