The Wildcats (4-4, 4-4 Region 5-AAAAA) put together a strong first-half performance to lead 27-0 at halftime and force the Jaguars (2-7, 2-7) to regroup.
New Manchester came out and scored early in the third quarter and added another touchdown midway through the fourth, but were never able to catch up to the gap VR had placed between the two.
Late in the fourth quarter, the Wildcats recovered a fumble and were able to run down the clock almost entirely, leaving the New Manchester offense to sit on the sidelines.
After a pair of road games, VR will return home to host Rome next week.
