Wade Tate of the Carrollton High School Band Boosters carries a box of oranges Friday in the Tabernacle Baptist Church parking lot Friday. The band boosters were letting customers who pre-ordered fruit and meat in the “All-in-One Sale” to pick up Friday, and again today. The annual fundraiser allows the booster club to help the band with things such as uniforms and the band’s holiday trip to San Diego. Nearly 2,000 boxes of fruit and meat were sold. The fruit was shipped overnight Thursday from groves in Florida while the meat came from Mississippi. (Photo by Cliff Williams/Times-Georgian)
