Mrs. June Wilson, age 88, of Carrollton died Tuesday, January 1, 2013, in Carrollton Manor.

Mrs. Wilson was born April 26, 1924, in Malone, New York, one of 16 children born to James and Ida Supernault Barney. She faithfully served our country in the United States Army where she met her husband Berlie Wilson. She was later employed at the Clover Bloom Margarine Company in Ft Worth, Texas.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Berlie A. Wilson, and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law; Stephen and Deardre Wilson of Villa Rica; three grandchildren, Angela, Christy and David; three great-grandchildren, Chelsey, Blake and Jacob; three brothers Allen, Donnie and Wayne; and three sisters, Barb, Pat and Sheila and their family members.

In accordance to the family’s wishes the body was cremated.

A memorial service will be Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 3 p.m. from J. Collins Funeral Home.
