In wrapping up 2012, Vernon and Pamela Wilkes won ‘Couple of the Year’ honors, while Talmadge and Sarah Robinson earned ‘Classic Winners’ for the year.
Club officers elected for 2013 are Don Bearden (president), Eric Morris (tournament director), Kenny Bryan (treasurer), Bretha Bryan (secretary) and Gayla Bearden (public relations).
In the first qualifying tournament for the fiscal year results, Eric and Bethany Morris captured first place, Fred and Charlotte Boyd came in second and Chris and Neysa Kelly took third.
Eric Morris reeled in the ‘Big Fish’ for the men at 2.95 pounds and Charlotte Boyd had the ‘Big Fish’ for the women at 2.62 pounds.
