Mr. James Mack Jones Sr., age 68, of Carrollton passed away Friday, January 25, 2013. He was born April 5, 1944 in Cobb County the son of the late Mr. Truman George Jones and the late Mrs. Sally Opal Geraldine Wallace Jones.

He was retired.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Jones; sisters, Evelyn Brown and Joyce McAfee.

He is survived by his wife, Flora Mae Baxter Jones of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, James Mack and Joyce Jones Jr. of Carrollton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ruth and Raymond Terrell of Villa Rica, Debra and Paul Camp of Roopville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wilburn and Dale Jones of Temple, Carlton and Joann Jones of Carrollton, Thomas Jones of Temple, David and Ann Jones of Mt. Zion; two grandchildren, Julieanna and Joseph Sewell and William Jones; one great-grandchild, Mason Sewell. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Sunday, January 27, 2013, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Whittington officiating. Interment will follow in Meadowbrook Memory Gardens of Villa Rica.
