Faye Griffin, 84, of Carrollton died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at Tanner Medical Center. She was born on Aug. 28, 1928, to the late Mr. William Deering and Mrs. Vassie Elizabeth Houston Deering.

She was a homemaker and Baptist by faith.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, D. E. Griffin; daughter, Joann Amason and Billie Atkins; son, James Robinson, and Ray Robinson.

Survivors include daughter and son-n-law, Rita and Danny Daniel of Bowdon; daughter, Tina Segers of Carrollton; son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Becky Robinson of Bowdon; son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Vicki Griffin of Carrollton; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Carroll Memory Garden with Bro. Kelly Runnels officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel.
