Ms. Haley was born Sept. 1, 1952, in Fulton County, the daughter of the late Millard Clifford Haley and Waneita Nelson Haley. She had worked in security and public safety for a number of years, most recently for the Atlanta Police Department.
Survivors include her sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise and Jeff Brannon, Villa Rica, Pamela and Michael Weslosky, Jonesboro; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Terry Haley, Stockbridge; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In accordance with her wishes the body was cremated.
A memorial service will be Saturday, March 2, at 1 p.m. at J. Collins Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor Paula Brannon officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m.
